Website shows all that is included, battery, charger, etc. I called to check on my order and was asked what battery I wanted to order with it, the 2 hour or 5 hour. I told him I was fine with the battery that came with it, he said it did not come with a battery. I told him that I was looking at their website and it showed that it came with a battery. Carl Newlen and Amanda Newlen listed a website for sale on sitepoint.com. They said that they would sell the website to me and to send them money via western union. After they received the funds via western union I never heard from them again. I never received any website files at all! I lost $12, 000.00 USD. I am currently contacting the FBI Internet Fraud Division and filing a motion in my home state court for their immediate arrest for interstate internet fraud which is a federal offense. I will NEVER buy a Dell product again. It was my first and my last. Where to start!!!?? I have had Mcafee as my anti virus protection for years. The first time it ceased working I had to take it to PC world and have my hard drive wiped and re set costing £90. Vadafone Account 200 free minute option. Calls are free on public holidays and after 7pm, provided you have sufficient minutes left on your account, this I had.
