I am repeatedly getting messages from a number 88989 which I have not signed up for. I have twice sent back a message saying Stop All and Stop All Texts. Each time I receive these messages £1.50 has been taken from my "pay as you talk" credit. They have been sending messages in multiples of 3 so consequently I am losing all my credit. I have spoken to my supplier vodafone who say it is a police matter and up to them to block the number, the police say it is up to vodafone, please can you help me as I do not know where else to go. I bought a fire card and it didnt work, i contacted cleverbase and they replaced it, that was all well and fine but the 2nd card didnt work either and kept displaying an error! I eventually got through to Cleverbase and explained the problem to an employee there... I'm not sure why I still am a customer of cell c. I lost my phone 3 weeks ago. I reported it promptly. I've had very little communication from Cell C. I've also had to re-submit my insurance claims many times. This was no fault of mine. Cell C did not inform me (on the initial phonecall reporting the incident) of what documentation I needed. I purchased this printer 13 months ago. Now I have a hardware problem and the printer does not work. No warranty, replacement options. The printer is used in a home and not heavily. I purchased a laptop through Peach Direct. I received it in three weeks as they said. But, then they charge you the minimum $45 plus an additional $39.99 per month. And $39.99 if you are one day late. This process is unreasonable, unfair and a person would never pay off their debt! Toshiba customer relations at head office AND product is a joke! I spent almost two moths dealing with someone from that department regarding my defective HD DVD player - model XA-2. This particular model would shut down when using 1080p mode only, 1080p/24fps mode worked with no issues. I purchased a MD7820u Laptop for $599.00 as advertised with 4gb of DDR3 memory and an ATI RAdeon HD3650 Graphics card.
