On April 29 2011 I made a reservation by phone at Holiday Inn Exp. P.S.L. for June 2 and June 3 (confo # LK18273) . I was told they had to have a credit card # to hold the room. While flying with jetblue, I had a pair of new running shoes stolen from my luggage. I noticed it the next morning when I started to unpack my luggage after a long day of travelling with my 5 month old baby (this was still within 24 hrs of my flight) I called jetblue and they said that there was nothing that could be done as I should have noticed this and complained within 4 hours of my arrival at the airport, even though I live 3 hours from the airport. We booked and paid for two nights in advance at this hotel. We stayed one night and asked for a refund for the following night because we felt unsafe. Rooms were not clean, possible bed bugs. smell of hash was disturbing in our non smoking room and along the corridors. Obvious drug dealings ongoing in front of the hotel staff. Do NOT stay here. The cost per night was $90 bucks ...Much safer better hotels in the area for a few dollars more. Managment were disrespectful and unsreasonable. After visiting Arusha in Tanzania to visit local projects, such as schools and orphanages, I visited one specific orphanage where it became clear to me that Projects Abroad, an UK based organization (say Company), sends volunteers there to help at the home and school and stay with local host families. I recieved a gift card from a friend because I am an avid golfer. The gift card is for $100.00. I've had the card for some time but I never gave it another thought because the card has no expiration date on it anywhere. ILX, Los Abrigados in Sedona, Arizona offered a Voucher(good for one year) for a train ride on the Verde Canyon Train for 3 Adults for a 90 minute tour of their resort. My wife and I completed the tour in Sept 2008 and recieved the voucher.
