I have over the past year not had one job printed at tone digital withou there being re-prints involved. Jobs don't get completed on time and sometimes you receive scratched or damaged goods. I have always thought they were highly competent and well priced but since they have doubled in size the service has gone down the drain. I will not use them again for printing or any other service and will not refer anybody to them ever again. I bought a sony digital camera 3 days back (Model DSC S-2000 from a reputed dealer. A hasty demo was given by the dealer. When I came home and took some snaps, thee was a pink colour tint on LCD which was quite diffuse. I dialled to the dealer but he told me to visit the repair centre. I have a LG GS290 and the touchscreen has partly frozen. It seems to shift everything to the right, so when you touch 1 it activates 3. I ordered three robotic vacuums from Sears. They were to come from Unbeatable Sales, a company that Sears endorses. I tried to cancel the order within 20 minutes of placing it. Both Sears and Unbeatsble Sale refused to allow this. I called each company three times. The vacuums arrived, I refused them. The amount of the sale was $546.38. My Sears credit card was reimbursed $279.84. Unbeatable Sales was allowed to charge me a $266.34 restocking fee.
