We took a subcontracting job with this company to do a wiring upgrade in a retail store, and not only did they not pay, they lied and gave me the run around, saying they would express mail a check when I called to inquire after payment. The store is in Midpoint Orchard road right at the entrance to a mall. The salesmen are complete con artists and will get your trust immediatly. I got sucked into buying a cameral for 1730 Singapore Dollars which can be had at any other store for 1100 Sing Dollars. The catch is the wide angle lens they sell you. I paid 650 Sing dollars, but it can be bought at any othe store for around 100 sing dollars. Avoid this store!! read full review »

no problem with the dealer, the problem is with GEMB/GE Money. The payment statements never arrive, I get a statement dated 12 8/08 payment due 1/2/09 in which I sent a payment on 12/22/08, which should have reached them in plenty of time. After that no other statments are received to pay the bill, I finally get a phone call in Feburary from GEMB to verify billing address, which was wrong and corrected. I sent in another 3 payments without a bill. It is now March and no statement received yet. I was told I would not be charged any late charge... read full review »

On February 19th 2009 I ordered a Black Berry Cell Phone online from Chinafa2009 through DhGate.com. I paid for the Cell Phone with my credit card through Paypal and was promised delivery in about seven (7) days. Today is the 5th of March 2009 and I have not received my package as yet. I was given the tracking #EA876079719CN but when I send a track it is negative. I am begining to think these companies are carrying on some online scam. ordered a 2 year subscription of computer protection against virsus etc... product would not install, after downloading for the 5 time I recieved a flag saying I had a corrupted file and to uninstall "again" and download, still got the "corrupted file"--thank you very much NORTON. On 03/03/09 I purchase this item for my job, and unforturnately due to the high security program we have we were unable to use this product. I returned to the store on 03/04/09 to return the software, and I was told by store manager Tom Moore that the store policy was no returns on opened software. I informed him that the receipt I had did not indicate that policy and the policy was nowhere visible for the customer to know that, before purchasing the software. I tried to buy a camcorder SONY HDR-UX20 from these guys cuz their price was $350 and the market price was $600 (how stupid am I !? this is not megamillion lottery). I ordered a CPU and memory from this company which did not arrive until 21 days after I placed the order on their website. My computer would not boot with the CPU and memory they sent me so I emailed them several times to request help and then finally to request return instructions. I received no response after 2 weeks so I returned the entire shipment to them by UPS. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. 2 weeks after my order was sent in, they had yet to even ship out my order. This is far from the "in stock" message their website gave me. First, they give you a window of arrival time of 4 hours...then at two minutes before the 4 hour mark they call to say they are "running behind" and will be another two hours. No only will you probably fine that the product is not what you expected, but their customer service and order tracking capabilities are among the worst in the business. It has been less than 6 mths of becoming a new customer with T-Mobile that I have been complaing of defective phones and have been complaining to cust serv to exchange for a different model. I had to write a letter to headquarters of complaint. I had an HP all in one printer that served me well for 4 years until I wore the belt out. I thought it was a good enough product to buy another HP. I ended up buying an HP Officejet J 4550. Crooks! They are delaying my refund (floating my credit around like a Ponzi scheme). They claim its because of ebay but I did not buy through ebay I bought directly over the phone. They were quick to tell me they had the item in stock and quick to charge my card promising I would receive a tracking number within a day or two, TWO WEEKS LATER I still haven't received a tracking number and am having a terrible time trying to get my money back. I bought the product for 49.95 for 2 years of service, repairing registry errors. It did not fix the problem because it was a virus that was causing my computer to shutdown and lockup continually. I contacted their support department and they gave me a URL address to upgrade to a new and improved version that would fix my problem. McAfee was purchased to repair my computer. Allstate Imaging is a big scam company. The initial call is a simple "try our product. If you like it, keep it. If you don't return it". Sounds too good to be true? You're right. SOLO Communications, through Enhanced Billing Services, alleged I signed up for a fax/voicemail service when I called to inquire about the service. Even though they insisted I signed up online for the service, I assured them I did not and that obviously something fraudulent had been done in my name.
