Our MayTag Diswasher (Model MDB9750AWS) has rarely run more than several months without problems with the Control Board and/or Display Panel. I have bought a water purifier of this company(aquaguard). After six months from buying it started to make tension for me . sometimes it stop responding, sometimes it did not start. I am a regular customer of HP LPGas. In Nagpur I get it from NGDA Services located at CA Road, Nr. Gitanjali Cinema. This distributor is the most pathetic and irresponsible I have ever seen in my life. These people never pick up the phone calls made for logging the requirement for refill gas cylinders which is the basic household utility. Moreover when I visited his office, these people along with the manager replied me that its not their duty to take up the calls for refill connections. I just wanted to write a letter in response to all the complaints I've been reading re: rainsoft here in Louisiana. First of all these complaints are over a year old. This company was recently bought (in Sept. of '07 from what they said) and is now locally owned and operated. This company is also no longer associated with Discovery Marketing. Whirlpool refrigerator purchased at Lowe's, Sherman, TX, and was sold Lowe's Advantage Extended Warranty by Lowe's sales person. Lowe's Advantage approved work to be done by Buddy's Plumbing and Appliances in Antlers, OK, on 11 Jan 2007. They promise to pay them for work done after each contact, however they have not been paid by Lowe's Advantage to date. Original Service Call: 10/13/07 (F70 error code and would not work). The Service Tech thought he was there to fix a washer and said he never had to work on a Duet dryer. He performed no diagnostics, but decided to replace one of the circuit boards to see if that would fix it. The part arrived in 6-10 days as expected, so I scheduled another service call. This company company's customer service is absolutely horrible. I paid over five hundred dollars for them to check my sentricon baiting system for termites and I get only excuses as to why they don't come out and check my stations.
