I had given my Sony Dvd home theatre system for service on the 24th of November 2007 to Sonus Electronic services which is Sony Authurised service centre. It is almost a month now. They have been troubling me since then. In spite of committing several times they have not repaired and delivered my system back to me. Whirpool / Washing Machine
Had issues in washing machine WASHER - F-65 and after 2 years its bearing makes a lot of sound. I complained and Service Center is not giving exact reason for such a quick worn out of bearing. Instead asking to replace the bearing with cost 3000 Rs. I asked what is the cost of bearing and what guarantee and since then there is Pin Drop Silence at Service Center.

For the last three years the remote system of my Television has not been performing properly and it was last year that the system crashed and all the operations had to be done from the panels just adjacent to the television set. I purchased a washer and dryer at HH Gregg. They called me at 6:30 a.m. to tell me they would deliver between 2:30 and 5:30 p.m. . They were supposed to call me 40 minutes ahead of time before they show up.
They didn't call me until 5:23 and didn't show up until

Purchased an LG dishwasher. After 3 service calls they replaced it!! The one they replaced quit working after 18 months, this was an $800 dishwasher!! They refused to do anything to make it right. We also purchased a Washer Dryer set for over $2300.00 the washer hase been serviced 3 times. We have to leave the door open on it because it smells so musty!! After you use a towel once you have to wash because it smells as musty as the washer. Do yourself a favor and never buy LG appliances!!! read full review »
Whirlpool Gold Glass Top Stove
When we moved into our home we purchased new appliances for our kitchen-all Whirlpool Gold. I had a service call within the first three months for the electric stove saying it didn't heat properly. Two technicians were sent to our home and told me it showed the proper heat level. I stood my ground saying it may be working ok right now, but it doesn't always hold it's temperature.
I have lived with this problem since then and now the control panel has gone and the quote was $496.00 to repair the over that hasn't worked properly from day one. I'd rather buy a new one than throw more money at this model. read full review »

How can a gas bill go from 22.03 to $140.03 in one month when you don't even have heating, (system been out since November), never home, don't cook. I've called Centerpoint twice today and have been on hold both times for over 1.5 hours. Is this the way they get you so frustrated you just hang up. Dear sir ,
My LPG distributer is Ananth Gas Agencies, Near H.A.L.Hospital, Bangalore - 560017, my cust. No 78331 and category is domestic double. My distributer does not book refill requisition till 3 weeks after the supply of previous cylinder. Then he takes 10-12 days to supply it. Hence practically I cant get supply before 31 to 33 days. If my cylinder finishes before 30 days or prior I am helpless and without fuel in spite of having double connection.
I would like to know if what he is doing authorised by you? If not then this practice should stop forthwith and all the customers intimated.

Well i have been complaining about getting my stove repaired for the past 3 and a half months. I have had a service tech in to see the problem and they have not repaired it. I have given the run around on this matter in which i am trying to co-operate with bad boy furniture. They have made other appointments with other techs in which can not be fulfilled. I have am consumer of HP-LPG gas in Chennai. The dealer is Savitha Gas agency, Adambakkam. I have 2 cylinders.
1) When a cyliner finishes & try to book a refilled cylinder through phone, the phone is either busy or they dont pick up. So we have to visit the dealer to book the gas.
2) They check the previous refilling date. If it is less than 21 days, they will not book.
3) After they book they will take 10-14 days to supply the cylinder. So the total days becomes 21+10 to 14.

We purchased a $750,000 house from Gladstone Homes. I must say they are built like absolute S*** we had, our foundation leak 4 times 2 of which were under warrenty. Our sump pumps went out after a year, our walls cracked, from settling, our sink and master bath were not sealed properly and caused water damage. 3 Light fixtures not wired and had to be rewired post warrenty. I bought a ONIDA 21” Black TV on Jan 2005, the warranty period was 1 year. Till 1 years there is no problem in the TV. After that it has some repair, I entered into AMC with ADONIS Electronics pvt. Ltd, in Chennai that is an authorized service center for ONIDA. The AMC cost for 5 years was Rs. 2300, whereas the TV cost was Rs. 10,500 (which is almost 1/4th of the TV cost)

Cuisinart / Electric Can Opener
I bought this more expensive electric can opener only about a month ago and now I just want to give it away to some unsuspecting person on Freecycle. It's a piece of garbage that can't open a can in just one cut. Try ten cuts and you may get the can opened enough to pry into it and scoop out the contents. It can't grab the can. The lever with the blade keeps falling off and you have to hold the lever 'just right' to get it to contact the slippery black button switch that runs the motor.

Bought Maytag Quiet Series 300 at Home Depot. Worked okay (takes MUCH more time to go through the cycle than others I've had) but in the past 2 months it hasn't been washing all the dishes. The dishes on top and bottom rack in the FRONT are not clean. The back seems to be clean. I've tried everything, short of calling a repair man. I have a complaint about workers making appointments to do work in your home & not keeping them. Most people have to take off from work to be there, then they don't show. I'm having such problem. I went with a retail store for kitchen tile to avoid such a pitfall. However it happened to me too. The job started November 12, to be finished (except for around the kitchen cabinets) in 4 days. After numerous delays they finished Nov 21. I had to take off an additional 4 days because of no shows.

May 11 2005, we purchased the best set of appliances Electrolux Home Products make, Frigidaires Pro Series, On Dec 15. Only 7 months later we had to repair the ice maker under warranty ( no problem) well it never got fixed till late Jan/06. On Feb 21/06,The repairman made another house call to repair the ice maker again, Well it never got fixed till Mar 29/06. I rented a stackable washer and dryer from Azuma a little over six months ago because of a refural from my appartment manager. At first everything thing was ok the unit was not new by any means and it didnt work like it should but i really didnt expect much concidering the amount i was paying. I was never informed that Ashley Furniture Store had a NO RETURN/REFUND POLICY. The Sale Rep should inform the customers about the return/refund policy. I bought a new Khov house last year. Before my warranty expired Oct 30/07, I called Whirpool to get service for my wall ovens, that I couldn't use them because there was a "beep" all the time.
