This company claims to be their own bank. They are not! They will lie and say you are pre approved with No Money Down... But when you go to their so called dealership, they then come up with excuses as to why the Banks can only approve you if you come up with money down. This company has several complains on the Pinellascounty.org website. Please do your homework before visiting this dealership. Very unprofessional group of people. This company supposedly sells re-manufactured batteries. I had them install one in my car on 01/05/2010. On 01/28/2010 the battery failed to start the car due to cold weather. When I called them, I was told the "tech" was away for 2 weeks and there was nothing they could do. I could, however, bring the old battery in and they would give me another one. No cash refunds however. And no installation for 2 weeks. Avoid this outfit at all costs. I wasted $70 here. I had to go to a real mechanic and get a new battery installed. I went to Canadain Tire in Cole Harbour to have a flat tire fixed. They told me the tire was repaired and they were unable to find a hole but repaired the stem. I brought my Daughters car to these scammers and I was told the price to fix my fender would be a couple hundred dollars. I asked them also to fix the windshield, a wheel Bering and paint the entire car and clear coat it. They quoted me a price of 1800 dollars. After they told me the car was ready. At 3k miles & 7 months old, my 2009 Subaru Forester had an electrical malfunction. The wire harness spontaneously burnt. Subaru of America (SOA) does not want to deal with the problem. Since the incident caused a fire, they referred me to my insurance. After 2.5 months of discussions SOA did not accept it was a manufacturing fault and the insurance gave the order to repair it at the dealer. To whomsoever it may concern, I was informed by the servicing center (Hitech Automobiles, Kondapur, Hyderabad, AP) that Bajaj Bikes will not be serviced on the basis of the odometer reading rather will be serviced on the basis of date from the purchase. Dear SirMadam I filled out a booking form with Holiday Cars giving my mastercard details but did not finish the form e.g.submit as the details were wrong dated 13th Jan 2010. On the 17th of Jan 2010 I again filled out a form with mastercard details and the web page collapsed. Several days later on the 21st of Jan I tried again and was successful. We bought a 2008 Yamaha Rhino Which was stated The nicest one you will find. We received it and there are so many things wrong with it I dont know where to begin. The rings and pistons are bad, the throttle sticks, there was water all through it where there was supposed to be regular fluids the winch doesnt work and those are just a few things that called a next to perfect machine . My complaint is somewhat generic, given that many businesses and individuals working in the "quick-oil change and car maintenance industry" have reputations for "milking" the customer and manipulating people who have little knowledge of automobiles. This company has the worst customer service EVER!! Please stay far away from them - they do not deserve to be in business! I purchased an item clearly marked chrome - it came and was aluminum. I contacted the owner who advised funny, I don't see anywhere where it says chrome. The owner actually changed all future listings!!! He lied and knew it and tried to cover it up!! The DVD Nav System broke in my Accord and they will not fix it unless I pay $98 for them to investigate the problem. I know what the problem is, the dvd is not being read by the drive. I told them. I have bought a Bantam bakkie March 2009. I have recently taken it in for its 30000km service and that is where I was put of Ford full stop. They had to replace the front disc's, the thing that regulates the pressure of the brakefluid to all the brakes, the gasket on the exchaust manufault. Then there is more but is waiting for it to come because the parts is on backlog. They still have to change the back drumbrakes and the drive shaft from the engine to the right front wheel. Went to dealer this morning for oil change. Was advised I needed rear brakes, pads were down to rotors and rotor was rusted. Refused to have them do the work in that the hit me with a $420.00 brake bill 4 months ago, just for front pads and resurfaced rotors at 14, 000 miles. I financed a car with VNB in 2004. I was set to pay off the loan in December 2009, but they never sent out the final payment amount statement as stated in the loan documentation. They said there was a problem with my address and the final bill did not reach me. However, their collections department had NO PROBLEM with my address when they stuck me with delinquency charges. Shaker Valley auto repair did an oil change and broke dip stick pressure fitting and stripped drain bolt. First problem caused oil to spill onto engine almost destroying engine due to catastrophic loss of oil. Alsoi resulted in extreme mess - $800 repair bill for parts and clean up. Stripped bolt required replacing drip pan - over $500 parts and labor. They did not even offer to refund price of oil change. Dropped off car on Jan 20th. Service advisor did not list all my complaints on the work order. There was noise coming from the right front, over bumps and occasionally while shifting. Secondly, there was little clutch on a cold start, but it would build as I drove, I was unclear if it was a pressure issue, or a fluid issue, and it went away after a minute or two. I purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle (2000 Lincoln LS) from Mike at Agape Auto Warranties for approximately $1800. Unfortunately I have had to use my warranty on several occasions. The first time I had my fuel tank repaired, the warranty company refused to pay for both fuel tanks on the vehicle and the dealership absorbed the cost of the second fuel tank.
