They would not sell me the camera at advertised price unless I purchased an extended battery with their claim that the battery coming with camera is not rechargeable and cannot last long. They were aggressive and impolite and I later found their claim was false that the camera comes with a Li-Ion rechargeable battery and charger. This boarders on fraud. I purchased a SONY camcorder about a year ago and the software (PMB) disc was damaged in transit. I contacted SONY to get a new disc and they led me (appartently from Bangladore) to an onsite download. After about an hour of dickering over the phone this was not successful. SONY eventually told me to send in the damaged disc. and they would replace it. Almost 2 months later I got the damaged disc back saying they couldn't replace it. Why they couldn't remains a mystery. From Newegg.com I just bought a new Toshiba Satellite L645-S4104 and the sound awful! It's too low and very tinny. I reloaded the sound driver and the sound is still miserably bad. I have it side by side with my other laptop, a Satellite M305d-s4830(which is basically the same laptop), and the sound on that one is 1000 times better.
