They sold me a demo with limited power and they have refused to refund my money when I sent it back. They don't respond to phone calls or emails since October 2008. After one year, my SONY VAIO VGN Ar52OE laptop stopped working and the hinges both broke. All under normal use...unless you consider opening and closing the 17 inch monitor abuse. I am very disappointed with the 2 year extended warranty that I purchased from Sam's Club. I ordered a brand new Plantronics Discovery 925 Bluetooth as advertised on the GSM MONSTER website. They sent me a used, broken bluetooth that was repackaged in a T-Mobile bubble pack meant for another device. I purchased 2 items from this site. I did not receive the email confirmation of the sale as promised in their web site. I tried to contact customer service but the address is bogus. There is not any other contact information given. A search resulted in an physical address connected to the web site but the Better Business Bureau has no listing of them. I am an employee at one of the best buy stores in florida and I have to keep a job but I can't stand to see people ripped off. Do not shop at Best Buy. The feature would automatically download at various times in the middle of the night or when he was in school without access to his phone. F 51 appears on most of the cycles. Only the 'whitest whites' cycle seems to be unaffected. The machine stops completely. If I push the stop button, the error message goes away. If I hit the start button the machine will start again but immediately goes back into trouble. I then have to cancel the cycle, let it drain, and start the 'rinse, spin, drain cycle', but now this cycle is getting the error code.
