Cricket is charging the undersigned with a $3 charge for paying my phone bill on time. I pay my bill at the Cricket Store where I bought 2 phones. They don't mail you a bill. They don't even provide you with an invoice upon paying cash at the store. When I question this their answer was; " if you want an invoice, we will charge you .55 cnts for doing so". I bought a game on 2/14/09. The game was defective. I returned the game 2/16/09. The clerk would not exchange the game and instead referred me to the manufacturer. I was very upset. The return policy says: "Returns with receipts within 30 days..." JM Sales sold my 82 year old mother a vacuum cleaner after she told the salesman numerous times she didn't want it but was ultimately pressured into buying it. I bought a Sears Kenmore Oasis HE washing machine two years ago. After 18 months I was told I needed a new control panel which costs 400.00, that's more than a new small machine! it keeps displaying F51 in the middle of a cycle and the wash stops. I've read about a class action suit. Sears made a faulty product and needs to recall and replace the control boards for free. It's a terrible machine. They boast being able to do large loads, you can only do small loads or everything is a tangled mess. When it is working you can was only 1 sheet at a time. This company over-promises and severely under-delivers. I sent my hard drive in for repair. Their final quote was ten times the original estimate, so I asked for my drive to be returned unfixed.
