Following my purchase of their product and running it on my desktop there was no noticable difference. I bought a lexmark printer about 3 months ago and I have had nothing but problems with it since. The paper jams consistently and I had to have the printer head replaced two times already. The print quality is very poor. I also have communication problems when I try to plug it into my macbook. I received an RCA Opal mp3 player for Christmas last year. After 3 months, it short-circuted. Add Sony to the shit list that Delta is on right now...My husband's laptop crashed approximately 2 months ago while he's been deployed. Sony sent a letter in the mail stating that his warranty expires on July 18th. After calling them and explaining to them that he was deployed and we didn't have a way to get it to them because he won't be home before the warranty expires, they told me I'll have to pay either $190.75 for another year of the warranty or $402.75 for a 3 year warranty.
