Automatic renewal service caused a double charged when I renewed on my own. Had to wait 2 weeks and call 6 times, talk to 2 people and the name given on Better Business Bureau before I got any refund. Service is poor. This was in Nov 2010. BBB rating A +. The internet based company buys old cell phones and recycles them. We used this company years ago, and decided to use them again to recycle our two 3G IPhones.
