Toshiba Tecra computer Serial. # 46031296H was returned under warranty to Toshiba Notebook Depot for repair. It was NOT repaired or tested before returning it to customer. The CD/DVD drive still does not functional nor can be found by computer and the screen now flickers. It is in worse condition than when sent to Toshiba for warranty repairs. I was offered the opportunity by Avast.com to upgrade a free version of Avast Anti-virus to the Paid License for the Avast Professional Edition. I purchased the 2 year upgrade. In my business I always have several UPS's in operation. I used to swear by tripplite until I had a power failure incident. The power went out and the battery failed shortly thereafter. When the power came back on it came on "dirty" and one computer system plugged into the UPS was completely fried, CPU, CD drive and power supply (back when systems were in the 3000 range). Spectronic /proton custermer service was lacking in its delivery of troubleshooting my request for the removal of the stand from its 42' Protron TV. I asked for directions on its removal which was not in its manual. I've had the tv for 3 months and no technican is able to remove the stand, Also their 20' TV has been returned for a second time because the (SAP) second audio program is in spanish ans several of the mail networks has no audio. Electrified discounters sells lamps for projectors that are defective. The bulbs will only last 200 hours if that. You pay over $300 dollars for a bulb which should last 2000 hours and you only get 10% of the expected lifespan. They will send you a replacement if it fails within 90 days but the replacement lamp they send you is only warranted from the original purchase date and not the date they send the replacement bulb. I placed an order and payed by T/T because they don't accept Paypal, maybe for proof reasons. On the beneficiary field I wrote the company name and as detail I noted the main products. Bank of China now is holding back the money because they are using a personal account, which doesn't allow any company name and order details. I think on this way they want to hide some proofs. I live on a campus and my parents bought me a 60 minute card as a present one day.
