We had problem with pur heat pump. We call our home warrant company and they sent out Fugate heating and cooling. After inspection they deemed the inside and outside unit needed to be replaced. www.2-10.com home warranties advised that they would only replace the outside unit. Bought two rooms of hardwood flooring from a salesman who assured me I was getting a top-notch product at a great sale price. Later found out from a manager at another Rite-Rug store that the product received was considered seconds and that since I paid a sale price I should not expect better. Technician from Acme came to fix the thermostat and for the check up.. A battery was needed, which we supplied.He did not have time to do the check up, but after looking at it said the unit was rusty and needed to be replaced. We gave him a check for $2000, It was cashed immediately. Too late to stop payment. I had bought a Super 240 pellet stove. Had nothing but problems with it. First of all, no one answers the phone when you call customer support. You have to leave a message and wait for someone to call you back. When you do get someone they are very rude and short with thier answers.
