HP/envy 100 printer
Want to waste a saturday morning? Call HP Support. I called this morning about a problem on a new envy printer. The first call took 30+ minutes. The guy in the Philippines at the call center took my info and, because they have not yet been trained to deal with envy products, said i would have to talk with someone in India at the Elite Stream (?) Engineer Group - Level 3. However, he could not get anyone in that group to answer the phone. Ordered 4 sets of batteries 12/2010 for cordless phones in home. Good price, specs exceeded OEM batteries, fast delivery. Batteries arrived with no markings. I really don't know what I received. Battery cord longer, difficult to fit into phone. Now, less than 2 months later, battery life is short, need frequent recharging. Consider my experience when comparing their batteries. If they sell brand name, compare prices and order these instead. I didn't see all of the complaints until I wrote this; another retailer may be the best choice. read full review »

I fell for this scam about the "No-Wait service" . It's lie. As you can see that I sent this rebate in and as of 2/4/2011 I'm still waiting. Kodak all in one printer
We are having issues with print quality on our all in one printer. We contacted Kodak's "customer NO support". Although they acknowledge they have issues with their print heads they do not stand behind their product to fix it and make it right. I spoke to their "customer NO service" first in India. After going no where with them they had their customer relations department in the United States contact me to resolve the issue.

these guys are selling an absolute junk app which insanely consumes battery of my cell phone and keep searching and returning error when i try to use it. Not even once I had been able to track even a single device thru this app.

When I attempted to use it, it has discharged and then it was totally impossible to recharge it. We purchased a Gaggia Baby Twin Espresso machine on the 31st of August 2009 from Coffee Time, an authorized Gaggia reseller in Israel.
A few months later, there was extensive, visible corrosion at the base of the unit. See pictures at:

I purchased a Toshiba Laptop from Harvey Norman Castle hills in Nov 10, two month later the hard disc was burned.

dv3 computer sold as running windows vista and windows 7 operating systems. upgradse from vista to 7 caused shut down failures. hp support wiped out wireless LAN so the computer cannot connect to the internet. HP offshore support very poor. HP will not guarantee the pc running windows 7. They try to push complaints to Microsoft - who says the manufacturer is responsible. HP will restore only to vista, and will not support windows 7, despite a charge of $130 FOR AN EXTENDED WARRANTY.

After 3 months of dealing with Dell, I have determined that they will lie, cheat. steal, and mislead you in their advertising. They will also install incompatible drivers that cause your laptop stop working correctly, they will make false charges to your Dell credit card. Three (3) times I needed a phone from T-Mobile and I admit the first time was my fault. But then they sent me another phone and within a few days, I had problems. I would go off unexpectedly and then finally, it just laid on the 'NOKIA" screen. I spoke to an online rep and another phone was ordered and this time the same issue!
Are they not being checked before shipping? Are they made in CHINA, ASIA; where they pay them $.95 an hour!

I bought printer about a year ago. I was having trouble just printing black ink. I put in a new cartridge and having the same issue. It was printing as if you were looking at it thru the other side, very light. The color prints however were fine.
I called Customer service thinking my setting might be off because the online solutions are no help. They said my warranty was up and they wouldn't even help me with any solutions after going thru everything for 15mins, serial number, model, etc... My Sony Vaio laptop purchased in the month of August 2010 in Boston, MA. I have lost my patience with Sony in trying to resolving the abrupt restarting of the laptop. The problem still persists even after the laptop was shipped to the Sony factory for a week. Before this, I had given the laptop to Sony Style at Copley Place, Boston to address the same problem 4-5 times. Even the Sony Style was not able to resolve this issue.

I purchased a Kodak 7250 about 2 months ago, and almost right away it didn't work right. i registered as a koodomobile customer in december2009, but was never satisfied with the service and sought to discontinue using thier services from 1st february 2011.
i will clear the remaining balance of 18.70 dollars as bill payment for the month of january 2011.
but they want me to payan extra 19.70 dollars for tab for the phone which they offeredme as free when i opted to use thier services at the start.this is totally unfair as they always told me at the start that the phone comes absolutely free with the service.

I received my order of bluetooth headphones from this website and as soon as the device was plugged in for the 3 hours it takes to fully charge (stated in the manual) the device will not indicate fully charged, nor turn on. I emailed their customer service and they said the item needs to be charged for 24hours and if i have an issue to contact plantronics and utilize the 1 year warranty. Yet the item does not come with any paperwork or indication of a warranty and is not even in the original packaging. Do not pruchase from Appliance Connection. I placed an order for a LG dryer DLEX2501W Nov 27, 2010 because they said it was in stock. Delivery expected before Christmas. I received confirmation via their website that my order was placed but never received the email the site said I would receive.
