I purchased a set of 4 cartridges for my hp laserjet cm 1017 mfp, the cost of which was £130. These were purchased as spares but are now in use. Two out of the four cartidges are faulty and have leaked ink over the inside of my printer.Because the purchase date was over 12 months ago, customer sevices refuse to replace them even though there is an obvious fault in the product. The Hokan coconut milk LITE I bought at Publix recently was not the lite variety. I have used this product for years and I'm sure it was the full fat variety, but mislabeled. It was thick and uniform. Usually the Lite variety is thin like cow's milk with a little fat having risen to the top of the can. I even got the indigestion to prove it was high fat. This is the most frustrating and disappointing HP product I have ever purchased. It was not Windows 7 compatible out of the box, requiring a follow-up purchase of a special order disc, but once setup, the printer constantly lapses into an "offline" state for no apparent reason, requiring the printer drivers to be reloaded to resume printing. I purchased an advertised as new HP laptop for $459.00 as a graduation gift for my daughter and a few months later it completely died on her. I called HP and found out that it is a refurbished unit and that it only has a 90 day warranty. I purchased the Kenmore Elite HE4 Washer/Dryer set in Jan of 2006. 4 Months later, the control board on the dryer went. It took 2 weeks to get Sears repair to fix it. Cost me $100 in laundry fees while my dryer was down. Now, as of yesterday, my dryer turns on all by itself and you can't shut it off without unplugging it. We had a little Problem with our computer. I called My Computer Works to have them send an IT Tech out to take a look at the problem. The Tech they sent was the most unprofessional, dumbest IT Tech ever!!! He had no idea what the hell he was doing. So he started googling problems that he thought what was wrong with our computer. I thought I was downloading Open Office, which I didn't get. What downloaded instead were two programs, one by EZ Tracks and the other LoveFreeGames. I want neither of them and I believe they are possibly even malware. I immediately acted to uninstall them, only to find they don't have an uninstall and are not on the program list in my computers uninstall.
