I purchase Bosch washer and dryer a week ago. The washer does not spin properly, thus the clothes are almost wet. The dryer does not dry everything especially the seam and pockets on the pants. You cannot dry wash clothes and towels together because only items close to the sense will dry. So, this is a brief complaint that should be taken more as a warning than anything else. Beware ordering anything from NewEgg.com when it is to be shipped to you via UPS. Purchased a digital video camera (new) and received an obviously used one (poorly packaged, unsealed with tape inside camera of little boy). I just got an email that Webroot had automatically renewed my subscription, without my permission I had already taken their Spysweeper program off my computer and was ignoring their requests for renewal. My HP Pavilion notebook was returned to HP Service/Repairs under their extended guarantee scheme because of a manufacturer's motherboard fault in December 2008. I was told that the unit would be returned to me within 9 to 15 DAYS. It is now May 2009, some 5 months later and I am still waiting for its return.
