Fronter
just got my fronter phone bill and had a charge of $8.43 from OAN Services, Inc. I never authorized this charge nor talked to these people much less ever heard of them. You would think that fronter would investigate these charges prior to adding them to a customer's bill. Cecil Carter, claims to be trustworthy, but while filing complaints on others he failed to mention
that he received nearly $50, 000.00 from Alpha
Electronics and only returned $3, 500.00.
Not only did he do that but several customers placed large orders for cell phones, only to discover on the delivery date there were no phones.
His excuse was the purchase orders were submitted
incorrectly, after he had them for several weeks.

This company will not deliver on its promises. I have not received the computer I ordered months ago. Since May. I was originally told that after layaway payments I would receive the computer. Then I was asked to verify shipping information. Back in 1996 I tried to buy a 16mb SIMM. After waiting for 3 weeks I started calling but never got hold of a person. Usually the phone would just ring endlessly, but occasionally I would get their answering machine. I finally cancelled the charge and ordered from somebody else. It happens that Toshiba NEVER received notification of the extended warranty, which expired in 90 days. I got a P2-350 with defective RAM and NO SOUND whatsoever even though I got charged for it. The product that were ordered were ordered next day air. I recived them 4 weeks latter as the company failed to inform me at the time they were not in stock. The sales staff was not helpfull in anyway in locating where my order was and never failed to have a excuse handy as to why it wasn't their fault. They also failed to reimburse me for any of the extra money I spent for next day air even though it took four weeks to get the product. Digital Megastore was the WORST online shopping experience I have ever had. I ordered a surround sound system from them for 800.00 and even offered to buy a second one if the price was right. They were only willing to take 5 dollars off the extended warranty. I said no thanks. After never receiving a tracking number I started to call Digital Megastore. Our Dell laptop is under warranty. It has been keeping breaking down in the past one and a half years. In the last two mouths, our Dell machine has been unable to start up. Dell engineers have tried several times and failed to repair it. We have spent money to phone Dell technical support for many, many times. But they always find reasons or excuse to delay and postphone. Dell's technical support telephone line is always unclear. I have booked my NOKIA 6620C in shortly after it was purchased/delivered by MTN. MTN did not offer help & sent me directly to Nokia Care Gateway. The staff are incompetent & cannot answer questions --- or trcak a repair.

I took my laptop into MCS Computers last month, the computer technician that looked at my computer, I think his name was Robert, looked at it and told me that I needed to get virus/spyware removal and he could take care of it and that it was really bad and nothing I could get could remove it, he said they use high tech removal programs. I Bought the Cordless Digital phone from Cordless phone World. After 3 moths the phone stoped working. I contacted Philips for the product guarantee.
