The product that were ordered were ordered next day air. I recived them 4 weeks latter as the company failed to inform me at the time they were not in stock. The sales staff was not helpfull in anyway in locating where my order was and never failed to have a excuse handy as to why it wasn't their fault. Our Dell laptop is under warranty. It has been keeping breaking down in the past one and a half years. In the last two mouths, our Dell machine has been unable to start up. Dell engineers have tried several times and failed to repair it. We have spent money to phone Dell technical support for many, many times. But they always find reasons or excuse to delay and postphone. Dell's technical support telephone line is always unclear. Basically I have 700 minutes and unlinimted texts a month. I check my balance every day by ringing 150 and until today i have had 10 minutes remaining on my account.
